Part 1 - Write an agenda (7 points)

Assume that the subject of your next college business club meeting will be preparations for a holiday festival. Club members will hear reports from committee leaders working on different aspects of the event, such as location choices, possible dates and times, transportation, legal issues, insurance, needed paperwork, entertainment, security, door prizes, and any other matters you can think of. As president of the club, prepare an agenda for the meeting.

Part 2 - Write opening remarks for your meeting (4 points)

Separate from the agenda, compose introductory remarks for your club meeting in two-paragraph form.

Part 3 - Write a visual aid for your OPENING REMARKS, NOT AGENDA (7 points)

Prepare two slides (one for each paragraph in Part 2).
