Part 2 - Brief Description of the Organization Provide a brief description of the organization in the following areas: 1. Provide a brief general description of the organization, including a summary of its mission and/or purpose and an analysis of how successful the organization is in fulfilling that mission. 2. Describe the corporate governance mechanisms established in the organization (e.g., the board of directors, compensation systems, ownership etc.) and analyze how those factors promote the organization's mission. 3. Describe the key stakeholders of the organization, including an assessment analysis of how the organization manages these different stakeholders. 4. Describe the formal organizational design, including an analysis of the appropriateness of that design and add an organization chart if available. 5. Provide a brief analysis of the organization's evolution through the life cycle, historical growth, and how it has dealt with growth (or lack thereof).
