1. Screening Activity: (not including pre-employment testing)

Select a specific screening activity that you will use to narrow down your applicant pool.

Describe how you would customize this screening activity so that it relates to the job description you produced for Part 1 of this project.

Be specific explain how will this screening activity help you easily identify qualified vs. non-qualified candidates?

Explain why your chosen screening activity should be considered effective. Your explanation should be supported by theories/concepts from the course. Include in-text citation & references in your submitted paper.

2. Candidate Testing:

Describe two forms of candidate testing that you would use to narrow down the candidate pool following all preliminary applicant screening procedures

Describe why your chosen these pre-employment tests was selected what specific KSAO are you trying to predict? Explain the tests job-relatedness. (Refer back to your job description you created in the 1st part of the assignment)

3. Evaluation of Plan:

Now that you have hired your candidate you want to take the time to reflect on your Talent Acquisition plan for possible areas of improvement. What recruitment/selection metrics do you feel are important to measure and why? Select two (2) specific recruitment metrics that you learned about in class and you will use to evaluate your Talent Acquisition plan.
