1. Hospital staff has to face lot of issues related to patient admission. Due to large size population, those of patients visit the hospital for different type of diseases. It becomes difficult for staff to manage them and to direct them to the relevant department and related doctor. Initial diagnostics is performed there to identify the disease of the patient. Every patient also has previous history to confirm its disease, but sometimes it becomes a new case as old record of that patient normally not found. Every department and doctor receives number of irrelevant queries that will waste their times as well as it becomes critical for patient if treatment is not given on time. You have to analyze the situation and recommend your suggestions based on your findings.

2. XYZ company has developed a new system, and it wants to replace it with old system which is already working well in various departments and franchises. Now company hired you as a consultant while replacing new system with new one. You have to suggest a conversion strategy which will be suitable for them without effecting their current ongoing business.

3. In a quality department of brick manufacturing industry, they have to identify the size of brick by confirming its dimensions. Every brick is checked by its length and width as well its weight. If any brick is not within specified specifications then it will be rejected, but to identify all of these by workers is not possible, so there are chances of errors. They have received more than 20% returns, so company wants to improve its quality process. You have to suggest some suitable system to improve the quality of bricks dispatched.

4. While getting admission in any university, student has to complete various tests and must have some suitable grades first. Student has lot of choices to continue his study. Selection of program is just based on self choice as well as imposed by third parties including friends, admission officers, or parents. It leads lot of problems for a student during his study, sometimes he has to quit the program, or replace with other program that is wastage of time and money. You have to suggest a student selection system to university which helpful for the future of student as well.
