Ethical Dilemma 1

Sarah and Melissa are playing outside. All the sudden you hear Sarah says loudly to her friend: You are ugly, and you are not my friend anymore. She storms off.

There is staff member standing close to children and ignores the situation.

You feel she had a responsibility to respond to the children.

Step 1: Identify and assess the situation
