Part 3 Plan and organise induction programs 3.1 You are now to plan and organise the induction program for the new recruits. You are required to prepare PowerPoint slides which will be used for the induction program. Your induction program should cover the following: - Brief overview of the business - including objectives, values and vision - Introduction to the business and colleagues - Orientation of the premises - Organisational policies and procedures - Key items - Contact details of other relevant staff members - Set up of workstation (where applicable) and systems - Work health and safety information You are to submit a copy of your PowerPoint slides together with your assessment submission. 3.2 E-mail your Restaurant Manager (your Assessor) confirming the date, time and location the induction program is to take place so that it minimises operational disruption.
