Part 3: Reflection questions

To complete this part of the assessment, answer the following questions about the case management processes you facilitated.

It is important that you maintain peoples' privacy and confidentiality by not using any person's real name or other identifying details.

Your TAFE NSW assessor will mark this part of the assessment. It does not need to be signed off by the workplace supervisor.

Read each question carefully. Your answers should follow the suggested word count for each question.

1. Select 2 workplace policy and procedure documents that informed your case management process. For each document, provide information about:
   • policy title or name
   • relevance to the case management process
   • procedures under the identified policy.
2. Your answer should be a minimum of 100 words and no more than 200 words for each document.
