Part B Opportunities for Improvement (35 Points)

In the same PowerPoint, based on Assignment 4 findings, identify at least 5 potential process improvements for the Current Process Flow defined in Part A that would potentially improve the quality of your next Group Project submission. In addition to Assignment 4 findings, you can also add additional process improvements that are not in Assignment 4.

Part C To-Be Process Flow (35 Points).

In the same PowerPoint, draw the To-Be Process based on Part A and Part B. Highlight each process improvement.

The To-Be Process Flow is based on the changes you identified in Part B and is expected to improve the quality of your next Group Project submission and hopefully better score.
