Part A: Evaluate and maintain WHS management system 1. Review the information from Assessment Tasks 1 and 2 and WHS data for your organisation. Include in the report: a. your analysis of the data, including patterns of injury and disease b. three recommendations based on the hierarchy of control, including improvements to recordkeeping practices and induction or training c. justification for recommendations with reference to internal and external requirements, such as WHS legislation, standards and codes of practice'. Refer to relevant sections of legislation. 3. Create a plan for the implementation of your recommendations, including the implementation of training or induction recommendations.
