Part A: For this homework you have to write a program to screen people for eligibility for vaccination. Based on their profession people are divided into three categories, 1. Front line workers 2. Academic candidates 3. General Category Front line workers are, nurses, doctors, military personals, delivery personals. All the front line workers are by default eligible for vaccination. Academic candidates are, Students, Faculties and University/School Employees. Academic candidates who are over 18 and are involved in person are eligible for vaccination. General Category, any personal who does not fit into above categories will be categorize into general category. All personals with age over 18, preexisting conditions that might put them at higher risk, are involved in person tasks are eligible for vaccinations. Part B: A person is not eligible for vaccination if: Have previous record of vaccination allergy. Pregnant AND already suffering from other illness. Requirements: Start by asking person's profession. All personals should only be asked the questions related to their profession. Meaning frontline workers should not be asked any other questions from Part A of the document. Academic candidates should only be asked for their age and if they are involved in in person activities or not and so on. Only the eligible candidates should be asked the questions from part B. While asking individual's profession this message should be printed on screen: We thank you for choosing our service for vaccination. We will determine your eligibility for vaccination here. (yes / no) If the candidate it not pregnant then print following message on the screen: Congratulations, you are eligible for vaccination. Our team will shortly contact you to give information about the vaccination process. If the candidate is pregnant and have no other illness print the following message on the screen. Congratulations, you are eligible for vaccination. Our team will shortly contact you to give information about the vaccination process.
