PART A: Four step process question (2019 Part A Question)

Lee is an Accountant and she needs a break from her busy work schedule so she does some research on day spas and finds one called Revitalizing Spa.Lee rings Revitalizing Spa and speaks to the owner Sally. Lee tells Sally that the last few months have been stressful and she is in desperate need of a few days of relaxation.

Sally tells Lee that:"Our Spa is the best in all of Australia and after five days you will feel completely de-stressed. I've worked in this industry for 15 years, so I would know."

Lee chose a five-day spa package that will cost $5,000.The five-day package includes:

-5 day stay in Revitalizing Spa's Premier suite (including daily massage and facials).

-Gourmet al a carte: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

-2 private yoga sessions a day with an instructor.

Sally and Lee meet, Sally hands Lee a written contract which details the above five-day package description.Just before signing the contract Lee says toSally:"I need to tell you that I'm highly allergic to seaweed and if I come into contact with it I will break out in severe rashes. Can you ensure that no seaweed products are used in my spa sessions?"

Sally replies:"Of course, that will not be a problem.I will take good care of you."

Satisfied with the response Lee signs the contract and pays $5,000 to Sally.

After three days at Revitalizing Spa, Lee is disappointed.Lee's only had one private yoga class on her first day and on the other days there were up to two other people in the class. Lee was given buffet-style for all meals and while the meals were satisfying it was not the gourmet food she had expected. Lee has also been told that due to a booking error by Sally there is no room for her, and she will have to leave 1 day early.

Whilst packing to leave Lee's skin becomes red and itchy. It turns out that the cream used in her last spa session was seaweed-based. Lee becomes ill and develops a severe rash all over her body.
