Interview someone you know (family member, friend, etc.) who works full-time and ask them to describe the biggest interpersonal problem or worker issue that they are facing at their place of work.

Describe the workplace/job (you don't need to name the organization, but please give the industry, size, and the type of job)

Describe the issue they are facing that involves individuals

Describe why they believe this is the most serious issue.

The point of this exercise is only to describe the views of the person you are talking with. You do not need to analyze or link to concepts in the text.

Part B.

In about half a page, describe what you would consider an excellent job and an excellent organization to work for.
