Use the Lesson Learned Template attached below to complete a Lesson Learnt review for your Mid-Term Exam.

The review should have at least 5 and no more than 10 observations. For each observation, please draw your own conclusion on the impact it has on your Mid-Term marks and come up with at least one recommendation to address the observation for the purpose of improving your grade in the final.

Grading Guidelines:

  1. Must have at least 5 relevant observations (10 points) (up to 2 bonus points)
  2. Each observation must have a conclusion on its impact on your Mid-Team scores. (5 points)
  3. Quality of your conclusion (10 points)
  4. Each observation must have at least one recommendation aiming at improving your grade in the Final. (5 points)
  5. Quality of your recommendations (10 points)
  6. The overall quality of your Lesson Learnt Review (10 points + up to 5 bonus points)

Part B. Risk Breakdown Structure (30 points) and Risk Breakdown Structure Dictionary (20 points)

Use PowerPoint, Visio, or any other software of your choice to draw a graphical Risk Breakdown Structure for the Group Project Case Study (attached below).

Use "TBS Project Risks" as Level 0

Level 1 recommendations are People, Technology, Process, and External. You can use or add other Risk Category groups.

Use the attached RBS Dictionary template to complete the RBSD for the Risk Breakdown structure you created. Only the end nodes should be entered in the RBS Dictionary.

Hint: The RBS is for Risk Category groups, not actual risk items.

Grading Guidelines:

  1. Must have at least 15 Risk Category end nodes (nodes with no Children) (5 points)
  2. The breakdown structure must be structurally correct (5 points)
  3. The breakdown structure must be logical (5 points)
  4. The RBS numbers must be correct. (5 points)
  5. Overall presentation and how applicable it is to the case study (10 points)
  6. All end nodes are in the RBSD (5 points)
  7. Quality of descriptions (10 points)
  8. Overall presentation (5 points)
