$1.$ Constructing the construction industry write down what you think a significant change that industry, or a specific company within it$,$ should make.

$2.$ Explain how you would try to convince $2$ different audiences that this change should happen. In the first group, this should be someone else in that industry. In the next group, consider how you would try to convince a classmate or person without as much familiarity with the industry. You do not need to write out two scripts, you should summarize what your communication, arguments, or examples, would change. Consider what kinds of noise are present in different communication $($see slides and module$)$ and how they can be resolved.

Examples of noises are:

$$ Formatting $($color$,$ font, etc$)$

$$ Competing messages or overload

$$ Language barriers, jargon$/$technical terms
