As part of closing the project, you are required to prepare and deliver a Final Report presentation to the Project Sponsor and Executive Leadership team of the organisation. Your presentation should address the following: The overall success/failure and performance of the project. The organisation and administration of the project. Tools and techniques used to accomplish results. Strengths and weaknesses of the approach taken. Recommendations and limitations. Key lessons learned. Requirements of the presentation The total presentation should be no more than 15 minutes (10 minutes for individual or 15 minutes for group presentation). There is no recommended number of slides. A suggested structure for the slides is outlined below: Presentation title (include the title ofthepresentation,student name(s)and studentID(s)). Presentation purpose (specify the purpose of the presentation). Presentation outline (provide an outline of the structure/sequence of the presentation). Presentation body (explain the main points to be presented). Conclusion (summarise the key points presented). References (in APA Referencing style). PRO100_Assessment_3_Brief_Reflection & Presentation Page 3 of 10 The presentation may be conducted face-to-face in class or virtually using a collaboration platform stipulated by the University or the Learning Facilitator. Please refer the Academic Skills unit in Blackboard for more information on giving presentations. Group Presentation Requirements (if applicable) All group members must present for the presentation. For authentication purposes, all group members must show their face in virtual presentations when presenting. Part B: Reflection Task Instructions Reflect on your individual and group work learning experience from this subject. Reflection needs to be drawn from the experience and deep thinking applied to determine what worked well, what did not and how better outcomes could be achieved. Consider how these new insights may lead to a change of thinking or behaviour with the aim of improving results in the future. Requirements of the reflection The written reflection should be no more than 1500 words (+/- 10%) (1000 words for individual or 1500 words for group reflection). The reflection should cover: What key knowledge and skills have you learned through this subject? How will they benefit your further study and career? Any Good, Bad or Ugly individual and group work learning experience? What will you do to achieve better learning outcomes?
