As a public finance enthusiast, I find this book truly indispensable. It deftly balances theory with practice and keeps you engaged with its insightful examples and case studies. Utilizing my membership benefits, I got a nice discount too. It's a great addition to my collection - just what I needed to deepen my understanding of public finance mechanisms. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the financial underpinnings of public policy.

Public Finance, 1st Edition is a superb textbook that provides a comprehensive overview of public financial management. The material is well-organized and presents complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner. As a professor, I highly recommend this book to both undergraduates and graduate students. The chapters are filled with practical examples that make it easy to grasp the real-world applications of public finance theory. Also, I appreciated how quickly it arrived - just in time for my new semester to start!

Public Finance, 1st Edition provides a decent introduction to the subject, but I felt it could have gone deeper in some areas. It's useful for beginners, no doubt, but if you're looking for a more exhaustive analysis, you might feel it's somewhat lacking. Nevertheless, it was no hassle getting it, and the book was delivered well-packaged. Might revisit a second edition if it comes out.

This book is a solid introduction to the field of public finance. The explanations are clear, making it suitable even for people who are new to the subject. I found the section on economic theories particularly helpful. However, some parts could use more recent data for illustration. On the plus side, the book was shipped promptly and in great condition. Overall, it's a commendable effort for a first edition.
