Part A) Report on managing the project In continuation of task 2, the student needs to prepare a report for the consideration of the senior management about managing the project. The report will help to identify the performance of the project team along with the desired outcomes. The report will act as an official document for monitoring and managing the ICT project. The report will not act as a support document for the project but will also recommend corrections and additions to the project plan as per the requirement. Student A (classmate) will act as the Project manager of the ANECCO and will coordinate for the preparation of the report and will provide all the relevant information about the progress of the project. The report must contain the following points: PRJ2.1 Describe the methods to monitor the progress of the project as per the project plan using relevant project management tools and methods. PRJ2.2 Explain the evaluation process of the performance of the team members in accordance of the Key performance indicators defined in the project plan
