After graduating from university with a bachelor$$s degree in electrical engineering, I aim to own a flower arrangement business. I believe integrating my electrical engineering skills with the flower arrangement business will set me apart in the market. Along with the business I want to work in a well$-$known company related to my degree. This will provide me with valuable experience in my career as well as providing financial stability to pursue my entrepreneurial goal. I believe I have empathy, compassion and a sense of responsibility towards others and people surrounding me$,$ these acts will create an effect of impact that extends far beyond me$.$ My love for electrical engineering, fashion, and flower arrangements can help me innovate in all $3$ fields. Whether it$$s designing smart fashion or applying sustainable solutions in the flower industry. I fear from being weak and failure which encourages me to strive for continual growth, self$-$development and pushing my boundaries with new challenges. For the flower arrangement industry who are looking for unique passionate individuals I am an electrical engineer that is deeply passionate about flowers unlike ordinary people, I urge you to embrace my unique blend of technical expertise in electrical engineering and creative vision to transform this field. I will offer my employers and society a new approach to problem$-$solving combining technical skills in electrical engineering with a deep appreciation for innovation, beauty, and creative designing. I do not fear competing with other students because I am unique in my own way. I have a strong interest in the field of electrical engineering. I have always been surrounded by electrical engineers in my family which built this strong and genuine commitment and interest in the field. I engage in workshops related to my field such as the robotics workshop hosted by the IEEE chapter in university. This shows a genuine commitment to personal, professional development and my willingness to learn more in my field. My passion and interest in creativity makes me unique by being able to innovate in both engineering and design fields.

Risks and Mitigation

The key milestones and checkpoints in my plan developing my skills and mastering electrical engineering concepts through coursework as well as exploring flower design techniques and having hands$-$on experience in flower arrangements. Another checkpoint is learning how to integrate my interests in both fields and taking opportunities to merge engineering skills with my passion for fashion and flowers. Building a strong network of peers and professionals in both industries is essential in my development journey. The top key milestone is to build a portfolio that highlights achievements and projects in both engineering and creativity in my passions. In addition to pursuing further education and certifications in both fields. I can determine if I have successfully attained the milestones by setting specific measurable criteria and regularly assessing my progress. Tracking my achievements along with having feedback from peers and reflecting that on my personal growth and development. I define success by achieving milestones and goals even after falling in consecutive failures. Being able to stand up on my feet again after the failures is a success on its own. Success is also measured by the impact I make whether it$$s my academic or professional fields within my community or in the world in general. Overall, success to me is the feeling of being satisfied with my accomplishments alongside the failures and challenges I faced.
