Part A: Business Description

We are opening a Vietnamese food truck in downtown Toronto, near a busy company building.

The food truck will be open from $10$ AM to $10PM,$ so people can get a quick and healthy meal

for lunch or dinner. Our menu includes popular Vietnamese dishes that are tasty and affordable.

We will serve pho, a beef noodle soup, where customers can choose their own $2$ toppings like

beef balls, rare beef, chicken, and more. We will also have fresh rolls made with shrimp, pork,

and vegetables, served with a peanut sauce. Soft drinks like Coke and Ginger Ale will be

available too. The prices are reasonable: pho for $$13,$ fresh rolls for $$7,$ and drinks for $$2.$

Our small team will include the owner and two other employees during the week, with one more

person helping on weekends. The owner will manage the truck, one person will cook, and
