Incident Description:

You are alone in the break room / office and the fire alarm goes off. You will need to show you can follow the establishment's emergency procedures and evacuation plan. You will then be presented with 3 unforeseen problems you will have to deal with. Following the evacuation procedure, you will need to answer short questions relating to the problems encountered during the evacuation. This can be used as the basis for an incident report.

Demonstrate how you will respond to the fire alarm.
