The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners' ability to formulate marketing strategies for a service firm.

REQUIREMENT

Choose any ONE service firm which you are familiar with in Malaysia. Analyse the marketing strategies $($traditional marketing mix, advanced marketing mix elements for services or service triangle$)$ for the chosen service firm. Based on your analysis, recommend appropriate marketing strategies that would increase its market share.
