PART I - Develop an E-R diagram for each of the following data requirement specifications:
University DB - Students are advised by faculty members. Each student has one faculty member as his/her academic adviser and a faculty member may advise any number of students. The database stores students first and last names, home address, contact phone number, and major, and faculty members first and last names, office building name and room number, contact phone number, and home department name.

PART II Map the following ERD for a purchase order database to a relational schema:
PART III Physical Therapy E-R Diagram:
For this problem, the instructor will assign each student to a two- or three-person team. Each team should submit one E-R diagram that specifies the data requirements described in the following paragraph.
A database is needed to keep track of the operations of a physical therapy center. Every patient must be referred by a physician and have a prescription for physical therapy to receive treatment. A patient may have different physicians and treatments. When appointments are made, the information about the scheduled date and time is recorded. No patient is ever scheduled for more than a single visit on one day. The center has several physical therapists, and a patient may be treated by different physical therapists on different visits. When a patient makes a visit at an appointment time, the name of the therapist, the treatment, the date, the time, and the kind of equipment used are recorded for that visit. (Each of these has only one value for the visit.)
You are asked to use common sense and/or your professional knowledge to make sensible and coherent assumptions. For example, you can decide what patient information such a facility would keep track of, such as the first and last names, home address, etc.
