Part I: Intro to Specification

1. Explain the similarities and differences in the objectives of a requirements definition document and a module specification.

2. There are many formal specification languages in the literature. Research any three such languages. Summarize the goals of each. Define your own criteria (a list of at least five attributes) suitable to compare the three you have researched. Each criterion should have a name and a one sentence description of what it is about. Tabulate how the three specification languages compare according to your criteria.
