Part I:(40 Points)Your assignment is to create an Access database from the Florida Now Real Estate lab (from lab 2). Before you do this you will need to put the ERD into relational form (actual boxes with field names, keys, and relations including Primary and Foreign Keys). You will submit your Access database file (file-name.accdb), and your document with screen shots! YOU MUST SUBMIT BOTH TO GET FULL CREDIT!!

Create tables in Access for each of the tables from your relational diagram and then show the relations between the tables (you will need to save a copy from the Access relation window).Save a screen shot of each table in Design View and paste in a Word or RTF or compatible document).

Make sure to create a form for at least 2 of the tables (you may use the wizard to accomplish this task).You will need to save a screen shot for each form to submit.

Also, create the following queries from Access (once again the wizard makes this pretty simple):

A query that lists all real estate agents that have sold over $1 Millionthis year (2010) so far.List agent name, address (all parts), and real estate license number.

A query that lists current clients and the current asking price for their property - include client names, address, phone number and asking price.

4. From these queries create the following reports (I will run them when you upload the database):

A report that shows the agents name, license number and amount sold sorted by gross sales (total to date sales).

A report that shows current clients sorted by asking price then name and that includes client name, address, and asking price.

Here is the data that needs to be input into Florida Nows database (you need to determine which table the data goes into, dont just create 2 tables; create a table for every entity in your ERD).
