Now we use 165 cases to verify the model performance. Among the 165 cases, 105 patients have diseases and 60 patients do not have diseases. The identification result of the model is that 110 patients have diseases, while others are do not. Following table shows, the confusion matrix of the model. Apply the Machine Learning Performance Evaluation metrics and calculate the Accuracy, error rate, precision, specificity and sensitivity of the model.
