The company believed that the implementation of the information system would help in capturing of the sales information , managing of the employees ' details , forming a targeted marketing campaign in the future based on details of customers , tracking exact stock levels based on the details about the stock sold , calculating the wages & to electronically paying staff , and providing useful & relevant data for sales forecasting . All the different systems are standalone and operate independently . Accidental and intentional entry of bad data ; accidental destruction of data by employees : employees sharing of passwords and introduction of computer viruses are major internal and external al security breaches that the company is facing . 6.
