Part II: Process Specifications/Structured Decisions
Given the following process description, answer the questions that follow:
Roosevelt Bank has a new credit card and they have the following policies as to which customers get which cards: If their income is greater than $150,000, the card they receive depends on their credit score. If their credit score is above 750, they get the black card. If their credit score is less than 750, they get a gold card. If their income is between $150,000 and $50,000, the card they receive, if they receive a card, depends on their credit score. If their credit score is above 750, they get the gold card. If their credit score is less than 750, they get a platinum card. If their income is below $50,000, the card the customer receives, if they receive a card, is based on their credit score. If their credit score is below 750, they are denied a card. If their credit score is above 750, they receive a platinum card. Finally, if the customers own their own homes, they receive a free card upgrade above, provided they receive a card and their card isnt a gold card.
