Passwords are the keys to business information. They should be handled with as much care as physical keys issued to employees. Some organizations require a users password to be several characters long and contain numbers, special characters, and additional criteria. These passwords are more difficult to guess, but they also are more difficult to remember. They also enforce a limit on the number of password entry attempts.
