Patients and beneficiaries that commit healthcare fraud may do any or all of the following except:

a.doctor shopping

b.drive an elderly neighbor to a physician in a neighboring county so the medical services are covered by Medicare

c.lend health insurance cards to people who do not have insurance

d.stage traffic accidents or other accidents to later sue insurance companies, businesses, and individuals
