Paul Shimkonis, a 38-year-old physical therapist, had said he went to the Diamond Dolls club in Clearwater in September 1996, days before his wedding.

According to Shimkonis' 1998 suit, "The guest of honor was requested by the star dancer to sit low in a chair, resting his neck to the back of the chair with his eyes closed to be specially entertained by the star dancer."

Then, Tawny Peaks, who boasts a 60-HH bust, jumped up and slammed her ample bosom into Shimkonis' head, rocking it backwards.

"I saw stars," he said. "It was like two cement blocks hit me."

Shimkonis said he was too embarrassed to see a doctor for three months and, two years later, he was still in pain. He sued when the club wouldn't pay his medical bills.
