Pavel is interested in suing a supplier Strumples Inc.but he has several concerns, First he is concerned it may be too late to sue as the Alberta contract with the supplier was made several years ago although he just discovered the breach of the contract a week ago. Second, he is concerned he does not have all the information and documents that he needs to prove his case and he thinks that Strumples Inc. will refuse to provide this information and documentation. Should Pavel really be worried about either of these two issues? Explain your answer.
