Pay Structure Part of the Project Using your job evaluation plan, provide job evaluation points for your target job and the three related jobs. Create an excel spreadsheet listing each job with its accompanying job evaluation points and the market data which you identified in the third part of the project. Create a regression chart following the examples we used in theexcelspreadsheet examples from the pay structure lecture. Use the instructions provided in the excel spreadsheet instructions for developing the regression chart. The chart should include the regression equation on the chart. Please communicate to me what the R2 is of your regression formula and what is the worth of every additional job evaluation point. Provide a minimum and maximum pay range for each job by giving it a range spread using the equations for minimum and maximum. Use your adjusted rate as identified by the regression line as the midpoint. .
