Peanutpowder Pty Ltd is a company that produces peanut butter smoothie powder. They are based in WA and have their head office in Mt Lawley. For the past five years they have been very successful particularly in US where peanut everything has been a craze until the Chewy Dewy Carmel Co. started producing a choc caramel peanut powder. After that things started heading down hill very quickly.

Peter Butter and Buttercup Nutter are the directors of Peanutpowder Pty Ltd. They decide that the best course of action is to expand their line. Peter wants to add nougat choc powder to the list of items they sell and thinks it will competitive, but Buttercup insists on white choc macadamia and says that it will sell better according to her research, so Peter agrees.

Buttercup says that her parents company MacChoc Pty Ltd already produce macadamia powder so they can source that from there. She doesn't tell Peter that she has a 40% shareholding the company.

Peter however has taken the macadamia choc powered recipe and sold it to three competitors making himself a tidy little sum. Buttercup did not know about this.

When Peter finds out that a Buttercup has been making a profit through sourcing the macadamia powder through Mac Choc Pty he is not very happy and wants to know what he can do about it. Advise Peter. Buttercup would like to know what she can do about Peter's actions (10 marks)
