Today in this discussion I will be writing about CRS (Corporate Social Responsibilities) of Reliance Industries. Reliance Industries, the largest private company in India, has grown from being a manufacturer of textiles and polyester to an integrated player in the energy, petrochemicals, textile, natural resources, retail, and telecommunications industries. It also runs top-notch manufacturing facilities all over the nation. It is located in Maharashtra, India. During the pandemic world was in crises loss of job/lives. (Standard, 2022)Ltd spent a record Rs 1,184.93 crore in fiscal year ended March 31 oncorporate social responsibility(CSR) initiatives that spanned oxygen delivery during second wave of the pandemic, education and healthcare, according to the company's latest annual CSR Report.(Standard, 2022). We will be looking at the oxygen delivery that reliance industries contributed during this COVID-19.

Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries Ltd has started supplying oxygen from Jamnagar in Gujarat to Maharashtra at no cost, according to a company official.(Debjit Chakraborty, 2021). Where the things were going worst in India, Reliance industries stood up to help people, supply them oxygen to whom it was needed. The state will get 100 tons of the gas from Reliance, Eknath Shinde, urban development minister, said in a tweet.(Debjit Chakraborty, 2021). Not only the employees of reliance but every person in need were helped. Reliance will supply over 700 tonnes oxygen a day to COVID-hit states; benefit 70,000 patients (states & benefit 70, 2021) This oxygen was provided by reliance which helped 70,000 people daily to survive.

Canadian Tire is a Canadian retail company that sells automotive parts, home and leisure items, home improvement products, and clothing. Founded in 1922, Canadian Tire has over 500 stores across the country and employs more than 37,000 people. The company provides various services such as financing, repair and maintenance services, customer loyalty programs, and online shopping.

Canadian Tire has implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy in order to give back to the communities that it serves. One of the major CSR programs that the company has adopted is its community donation program, which is focused on giving back to local charities and organizations.
