As much as I would love to say I have a collective learning style due to the fact i enjoy working with others, I would have to say that individual has always been easier on me. This is due to the fact that when you work in groups, not everyone does their fair share of the work and often you find yourself picking up the slack and they get the credit for it. This has caused me to usually work on projects my self unless I know that the other person has the same mindset as me.

I have always learned best from hands on and doing things over and over to learn it, which makes me an accommodator.

Being that I'm an individual learner and accommodator shows that my culture likes to work hard and do things themselves to ensure that the work is finished on time and correctly.

I do believe that most of the time growing up I was given the opportunity to learn hands on when asked for it, as I made sure to ask for help or clarification when I needed it, or if there was another way of doing the problems and being shown how to differently. I always made sure to check my work to make sure it was accurate and done the best way possible.

When I was growing up, my learning style was predominantly individual. I found that I needed hands-on experiences to grasp concepts. As I've grown older, I've become more adaptable, able to switch between individual and collective learning styles depending on the situation and interactions.

I tend to gravitate towards a combination of an accommodator and converger. Being hands-on is essential for me, and I also want to understand why and how concepts apply in practical situations.

Growing up in Las Vegas, I didn't strongly identify with a specific culture. Our family was more akin to what's often considered a typical lower-income family.

The American school system didn't align well with my learning style. I discovered later in life that I have dyslexia, and I also struggle with auditory issues that make it challenging to stay engaged during note-taking or other activities. To fully understand, I need to stay focused on what's happening.

After researching and reviewing the roles of the court administrator, it became apparent that they are one of the most important roles in the judicial system. One of the major roles of the court administrator is by managing and coordinating the processes by which the courts move cases from filings to dispositions, allowing for continual process evaluation (National). The one thing that becomes most apparent is that typically aside from each courthouse having one administrator, it is usually each judge that has an administrator, who manages and oversees their judges schedule pertaining to each case they oversee. Aside from being labeled a secretary, the court administrator doesn't only oversee the judges schedule, bookings, and case management. Court administrators must ensure they do this without overwhelming the judge, and still providing the accused rights to a fair and speedy trial. This typically means that a court administrator knows their judge like the back of their hand, what stressors and time management that particular judge prefers. This job requires nonstop communication and coordination to emphasize the capability to complete the job.

Along with case management, court administrators are also typically seen as the human resources part of the judicial system. Some of their other duties include managing the courts budget, overseeing employees and becoming a court liaison for outside agencies.

After completing research on the duties, Court Administrators definitely do not get paid enough for what they do. I could even imagine busy counties throughout the United States assigning 2 to 3 court administrators per judge.

It definitely is a new job that is worth learning about. I look forward to hearing about everyones thoughts!

This financial stewardship prevents understaffing, which could impede proceedings.

Furthermore, they oversee personnel, ensuring that court staff are well-trained, organized, and adequately staffed. By maintaining a skilled and efficient team, court administrators contribute to the timely resolution of cases (Martin, 2014). In respecting the rights of the accused, court administrators work to uphold due process, ensuring that defendants have their fair day in court (Martin, 2014). This includes scheduling trials in compliance with legal timelines, providing access to legal representation, and managing resources judiciously.

In conclusion, court administrators play a multilayered role in keeping the court calendar flowing smoothly. Their responsibilities encompass scheduling, resource management, process improvement, and personnel oversight, all designed to prevent bottlenecks while upholding the rights of the accused.
