You are contacted by Royal Oman Police to design a new system to manage all police related information and the system must handle all the ROP related activities as per the requirements below. The ROP wants to implement all the activities related to Oman residents. It has registration desk where all the Oman residents can be registered for Identity card. The police personnel are responsible to register the residents and provide the facilities. VISA, driving license, Vehicle management, Incident reports are some of the facilities and residents include Omanis and Expatriates. The registration desk of the ROP office can accept application from the residents and provide services. Vehicle insurance and Road incidents are reported by ROP vehicle inspector and based on the recommendations the ROP office can initiate a payment for the service/incident. The residents have the facility of online payment and cash payment directly on the payment desk of ROP office for any services they availed. The ROP has the facility for announcing any public news and other information through their news channel. The residents can apply for new VISA and also VISA cancellation. The vehicle insurance must be taken newly or must be renewed as per the due date announced by the ROP. Any accident/incident reported must be attended by the ROP person and fill all the incident related information. Residents, police personal, bill desk person, registrar, road personnel are the various users of the system. The system must notify the residents about the due date and news/information and ROP personnel about the emergency/incident condition.
