Personal Counseling Theory As a mental health professional, I have been using several therapeutic approach clients with their mental health concerns. Some of those theories have proven very use clients with diverse mental health issues like depression, anxiety, stress, mood disorder personality disorders. It is very hard for counselors to choose one approach to use in ev counseling setting because one size doesn't fit all. In this paper, the researcher plan to f three secular counseling theories that he used in his clinical practice.
