Personal objectives: Where in my life do I want to go? Make it SMART goals SMART goals are: Specific: Ask who, what, where, when, why, and which Measurable: Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress; ask How much?, How many?, and, How will I know when it is accomplished? Attainable: Just about any goal can be attained when you plan steps wisely and establish a realistic time frame; ask yourself what conditions would have to exist to accomplish the goal Realistic: Goals should be things you are willing and able to work toward things you believe can be accomplished and that you actually want to accomplish Timely: Goals should be grounded within a specific time frame

2.0 Leadership Components Draw inspiration from the lectures, books reviews presentations and class discussions, Select 10 leadership traits, behaviors and skills (5 traits/ behaviors and 5 skills) Then in your own words write a description about the selected component, then write 5 statements that will help you understand and assess your current level, then write action steps (at least 3) on how you will improve or enhance the selected leadership component.
