PERSONAL LEADERSHIP PLAN (Individual): For this course, you will have an individual project that will span the course and will be presented in Week 8 with a virtual presentation by each student. After reading chapter 13 during Week 1, you will work to develop a personal leadership plan that will be due on Monday of Week 8. During the next 7 weeks, you will develop a PowerPoint (with lecture notes*). You will take an in-depth look at your leadership style and plan for the future. You will develop 4 board steps in your PowerPoint - i.e. number of slides under each of these steps will up to you. 1. Self-assessment phase 2. Application of self-assessment 3. Goal-setting phase 4.
