Personal Protective Equipment Accident Preventions Programs are designed to set employees up for success. By clearly defining and assigning responsibilities to all employees, identifying, and controlling hazards and standardizing the required safety and health training necessary, employers' Accident Prevention Program can successfully set employees up to work as safely and efficiently as possible. Hazard Identification and control methods is a crucial part of the Accident Prevention Program. In this paper, I will conduct a hazard assessment of a construction site performing wood framing on a residential home. I will analyze the need for PPE and other methods of control and analyze what steps could have been taken to eliminate the hazards by design before the project began.
