PHP please

1.In upload.php, create an HTML form that allows users to upload up to 3 files 2.In the same form, allow users to specify 3 tags associated with each file (i.e. add 3 x 3 text input fields to the form) 3.submit button. 4.Set the action attribute of the form to itself, i.e. upload.php. 5.Still in upload.php, write PHP code that moves uploaded files into the uploads folder 6. Also in upload.php, write PHP code that writes (i.e. creates) one text file per uploaded file. This text file should: Have the same name as the uploaded file, e.g. if an uploaded file is called sanfrancisco.jpg, the accompanying text file should be called sanfrancisco.txt Contain the tags entered by the user for that file, separated by commas, e.g. landscape,city,evening. 7. Restrict file upload (using PHP code) to only images (including JPEG, PNG, GIF).
