The design of a surveillance system requires identification of equipment needed as well as cost of materials and installation. The surveillance system budget needs be prepared and presented to the management for approval. Procedure 1. Consider a test case as you did in previous lab. 2. Consider the video security system you designed in the previous lab. 3. Develop a budget for your design (Refer to Figure 5.8). 4. Browse through the vendor websites to get an idea about the pricing.
