We have talked about fundraising, management, mergers, differences in nonprofit vs for profits, donors, campaigns, foundation support, corporate support, major-gift programs, legal and ethical considerations, marketing and organizing and managing fundraising staff.

I'm thinking of going with a merger and explaining why the merger is important to each company, what each company is expected to get from the merger and potential risk of the merger. But I can not find any recent mergers that fit into what I'm trying to explain...
