You will format this as if it were an actual policy document in a health care facility, you can find samples on the internet. Be sure to assign one or more disciplinary actions to violations of the policy. Refer to chapter 13, "Enforcement: Dealing with Non-Compliance," on this part of your project. Design a training program to educate your staff on this new policy. Be certain to address all of the elements of a good training program.
