Or you can look at a story from the news (for example, the recent successful effort to unionize Amazon warehouse workers in Staten Island). Or you can examine an effort to impact a social issue (for example, the Black Lives Matter movement seeking to highlight racism). Or you can pick something from your own experiences (it doesn't have to be a story from your professional workplace; you can choose one from your personal lives).

Here are some questions that might help you formulate your post: * What was the nature of change being pursued? * What was the mechanism by which this change process was implemented? * What resistance did this process encounter? * What was the outcome? * What lessons can be learnt from this process? * How does this story relate to the readings?
