Pick any flavor of Linux or Unix you have access to (Such as Unix, Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, or FreeBSD)

1) shutdown the Unix /Linux system you have, after shutdown, boot the system that you just shutdown.

2) Take screen shots of what you see during system comes up.

2) List and type what you see during boot up

3) Do you see any hardware loaded? Do your see OS version?

4) What is the first thing boot process load? Remember, these answers have to be about your system, not some answers from Internet. This class teaches you operating system you use, as well as other Unix/Linux operating systems features and tools.
