• Pick one of the exponents (Henri Fayol) of a theoretical framework
• Research more about the person;
• Write a minimum 3 page paper about the researcher you picked; make sure you include facts that are not already in the text book; and that if they are; that you explore deeper into the subjects. Make sure you include a reflection of how other theories may have influenced him/her and what is the influence that the researcher and/or theory of your choice has affected the filed.

Please have in mind that this is not a BIOGRAPHY its a small research paper and the main purpose is for you to go beyond what you saw on the readings for at least one of the exponents and tie it to

2) Other researchers

3) Your own experience

4) Current trends and topics on the field
