Pick one of the following service areas and create a CDM. \ Outpatient GI (Endoscopic Lab)\ Cardiac catheterization lab\ Pain management clinic\ Chemotherapy services (pick one type of cancer like breast, prostate, or colon)\ \ Research the types of services and supplies included in the service area. After determining which services and supplies to include, create line items with all the required elements for hospital billing. Make sure you think about all the line items that are required for the service area (anesthesia, supplies, recovery room, drugs, etc.) and are captured by the CDM. For this assignment, no services will be soft-coded, all procedures are hard-coded and included in the CDM. Your final product will be the CDM in an Excel spreadsheet / Google Sheet.
