For this project you will be reporting directly to the client.

Identify the key tasks associated with the project.

For each task, identify the resources requirements that will need to have a cost attached to them.

There are a number of activities given throughout the unit that you are required to do as a team. Look through each activity and write a brief profile of each team member's roles and responsibilities so that the project work can be completed within the timeframes given.

You must also outline how you will comply to organisational policies and procedures relating to: Workplace Health and Safety, code of conduct and privacy and confidentiality, relating to managing the cost of a project.

During your discussions use effective communication such as using clear language, appropriate tone of voice, active listening and effective questioning skills. You must work as part of a team, conducting yourself in a professional manner. Make sure you choose a project where you will be easily able to identify costs as you will need to estimate costs in the next activity.

Submit in a professionally written document within the timeframe allocated

Discuss the costs involved in the project.

- Estimate the costs for each activity identified in the previous activity.

- Use appropriate software to work out the costs and that can be presented to the client.

- Agree on a tolerance level that could be acceptable for your client. Justify your reasons
