Customers can hire premium service providers such as plumbers, cooks, housekeepers, electricians, and technicians through an all$-$in$-$one platform. Their original business model called for creating a platform for end users looking for a specific service to connect with. They have, however, made a change in their operations this year, deciding to hire and manage their own workforce in addition to the external pool of experienced and professional personnel they already have. Pinched's HR department is working on a performance evaluation system for housekeeper$/$househelp and electricians, among other things.
